Mechanical Walk-Thru

This is the first official walk-thru that we had to do. Not that we've never been to the house at all. lol We met with the Project Manager (F) who showed us what progress has happened and of course, to point us some (rather obvious) electricals/wirings/plumbing. So, yes, before we took the quick holiday to the US, we went and had our official visit to our house. :)

Let's start from the upper floors this time. I forgot to include how the shingles look like from the roof so here's a shot of that.

With our builder, CAT-5 ready rooms are standard. So, yes - we have a wireless house! ;) Here are some pictures of what they look like (wires, *yawns*). lol
Next door (to the left of the above picture) is this room. This is the smallest of the 3 and we will most likely use this as our computer (office) area.

Of course, you'll find the same wirings all throughout the rooms. Let's go down to the main floor and check out the deck area.

Here now is the main floor - notice the white sheet on the wall - there is some insulation going on there.

Finally, the basement. The concrete was not poured in yet so the 'floor' is all rocks still. The circuit breaker is being shown here.

That ends the June photos. Next batch will be July pictures.
