Exterior add-ons

Hubby and I had a quick trip at Saskatoon Berry Farm but we suck because we forgot to bring our camera. :( So, we have to take the pictures after we got home!

Here is the beautiful million red bells and some purplish blue flowers that I don't know what the name is - we got it because it looks really charming! ;) Here it is by the front steps of the house.

Up close, the tiny blue flowers have many other details while the million red bells look like this:

Then, because we were really itching to fertilize the tree, we found some really pretty (and cheap!) herb starters to go with the whole tree stuff. So, we chose the lavander and marjoram to start. And, yes, I still have not started the seeds for my other herbs but heck, that can wait until we have more time, right? B got some pavers to go around the tree similar to the colours of our house's wood trim. The stones actually look like a dark terracotta but it looks very washed out in the pic!

The herbs were super cheap! I was hoping to get the sage and the tarragon but B told me to hold off - so here is half of my Herb de Provence miniature garden featuring lavanders and marjoram. ;) We chose 2 pots of sweet marjoram (which I have already harvested and is now in our spaghetti sauce, lol) and 4 pots of lavanders.

Finally, we have finished the fence! Yay!!!!!!!! Here it is with the gate that's all made from scratch! (Pwede na karpentero ang asawa ko, hahahaha).

We used as post cap some solar lighted thingy.
